Thanksgiving was wonderful! Lots of yummy dishes, the dish I cooked went over well, and best of all: lots of fun with the family! My nephew was a hoot, as always. He has such a great personality and sense of humor.
Tonight, I'm cleaning the kitchen, then making potato-kale enchiladas and baked ziti for dinner tomorrow. J, Dave (if he doesn't have to work), my mentee and her family will all be there. Then, we have company tonight, so I'm going to clean up the dusty craft room and make sure the bedding is clean and ready.
I was feeling a little stressed about it all, but when I type it down, it doesn't look so bad. Except for the part where I didn't get started this morning like I meant to and I can't get started until after 6pm. . .
