19 Inches

Thanks to Aunt Coila, this is going to Pantene's Beautiful Lengths. Locks of Love has more hair than resources to make wigs, so they sometimes sell the hair. Either way you contribute to someone with cancer getting a free wig, but I want my hair to actually go into the wig.

Something I hadn't considered is that I get my hair cut at a place where lots of people get weaves and extensions. I was doing the opposite and it caused quite a stir! Everybody gathered around to watch (in one case, vidoetape) while my stylist cut the ponytail off. A few of them (including my stylist) were nervous on my behalf! LOL I told them "I've done this plenty of times. I won't cry or anything, I promise. I am totally ready for this!"

When she first cut the ponytail off, it was this ADORABLE bob and I was tempted to just have her clean it up and go like that, but I knew I'd be disappointed if I didn't leave with a pixie cut. As it is, I would have even liked it a bit shorter! haha

So far I love it. It's literally a weight off my shoulders, too (and head and neck). Plus, I have the weekend to play with it before school on Monday! :D

Oh my goodness!!! I LOVE pixie cuts! I'm neither brave enough nor do I have a nice enough shaped head. I've gone almost that short before and it was a big disaster. But, it really looks so cute!

Sorry, I'm on the iPad and didn't realize I was logged in as Husband. I was saying . . .

LOVE it Coi! You have to have a pretty gorgeous face to pull off a cut like that and you, my friend, have it. Seriously, so beautiful. I wish I were so brave!
